【組織のビジョン】
Hondaの目指す2050年の環境・安全目標の実現に向け、グループ・グローバルの内部監査のリーディング部門としてHondaグループの戦略目標達成やリスク対応を確実なものにする監査を実施し、健全な事業の発展とガバナンス強化に貢献することを掲げています。
2025年4月から社長直下に監査統括部が置かれており、グローバル内部監査基準に則った重点志向で質の高い監査を早く・強く展開浸透させたいと考えています。

※各国・各関係会社・各部門にGIASに準拠した新内部監査基準を導入するためのシステム企画・コミュニケーションを強化している段階です。チームで連携をしながら動いていただきます。
※海外現地法人とのコミュニケーションも多く、英語を用いてグローバルにご活躍いただけます。
※専門性や適性、会社ニーズなどを踏まえ、会社が定める業務への配置転換を命じる場合があります

【求める経験・スキル】
- グローバルに展開している企業において内部監査人の経験が3年以上ある方
またはCIA(公認内部監査人)・CISA(公認情報システム監査人)資格保持者
- 英語力(TOEIC600点程度)
