物流のなかでも「倉庫業」の面白さ、仕事のやりがいを実際の現場を見学頂き、
体感していただきたいと思っております。

なかなかイメージが持ちづらい倉庫業のお仕事、実際の倉庫へ潜入・体験して理解を深めることができます

就職活動では、その経験を活かせる仕事を探しており、
物流のダイナミックな現場に魅力を感じて大黒倉庫に入社しました。
主な仕事は、船から降ろされた貨物を倉庫に運び、お客様のもとへ配送するまでの管理業務です。
広い倉庫を歩き回り、フォークリフトのオペレーターやドライバーさん、
チームの仲間と声を掛け合いながら、1日1,000トン以上の貨物を動かすため
正確かつスピーディーに作業を進めていきます。無事にすべての貨物を船に積み込み、
巨大な船が港を離れていく姿を見た時の達成感と安堵感は、この仕事ならではのやりがいです。

私はお客様の窓口として、輸出入に関する手続きやスケジュール調整を担当しています。
お客様の要望は多種多様。「この貨物を、できるだけ早く届けたい」「コストを抑えたい」といった
ニーズを正確に汲み取り、社内の現場担当者や船会社と連携して最適なプランを提案します。
顔の見えない電話やメールでのやり取りも多いのですが、丁寧なコミュニケーションを心がけることで、
お客様から「いつもありがとう、〇〇さんに任せておけば安心だよ」と言っていただけた時は、本当に嬉
しいですね。学生時代に培ったコミュニケーション能力が、信頼関係の構築に直結していると感じます。
