仕事内容:

バックオフィスでのサポート事務を担当します。

まずはデータ入力やファイリング、郵便物対応などシンプルな業務からスタート。慣れてきたら資料作成や電話対応などにもチャレンジし、少しずつスキルを広げられます。

【1日のイメージ】

・午前:メールチェック、データ入力、郵便物仕分け

・午後:請求書や契約書の確認、電話応対

・夕方:資料準備、翌日の準備

・PCの基本操作(Word・Excel)ができる方

・第二新卒や社会人経験が浅い方も歓迎

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00〜18:00(休憩60分)

※月末月初は多少忙しくなりますが、定時退社できる日も多めです
