高齢者や障がいをお持ちの方のご自宅を訪問し、暮らしを支えるサポートを行うお仕事です。

「その人らしい生活」を大切にしながら、笑顔と安心を届けていただきます。

【具体的な仕事内容】

・身体介護(入浴・食事・排泄などのサポート)

・生活援助(掃除・洗濯・調理・買い物など)

・同行援護や移動支援などの生活支援

利用者様とのふれあいを通して、感謝の言葉や笑顔に出会えるやりがいのあるお仕事です。


【1日の流れ(例)】

9:00 出社/朝礼・スタッフとの情報共有

↓

9:30 訪問介護計画書の作成・各種事務処理

↓

11:00 利用者様宅への訪問・サービス提供

↓

12:00 昼休憩

↓

13:00 ヘルパーとの打ち合わせ・担当者会議

↓

15:00 関係機関との連携・利用者様フォロー

↓

17:00 翌日のスケジュール確認・報告書作成

↓

18:00 退勤(残業ゼロ推進中)

・介護職員初任者研修(旧ヘルパー2級)以上

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

6:00~22:00のあいだで1日8時間

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥236,000 〜 ¥500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥16,000(11時間相当分)を含む。11時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給23.6万円~(試用期間22.3万円~)

※ドライバーできる場合 月給+5000円

※固定残業代10時間を含む

◆扶養者手当:扶養者が1人の場合 5,000円・扶養者が2人以上の場合 10,000円支給

◆交通費支給(上限月2万)

月給23.6万円× 12ヶ月 + 賞与(年2回)

年収 約310万~340万円相当
