【職務内容】
買取再販業界で自社ブランドおよびサービスの認知拡大・ファン獲得を目的に、
各SNSプラットフォーム(X/Twitter、Facebook、Instagram、TikTok)の特性を活かした戦略立案から、
SNSの内容制作、ライブ配信の企画・運営までを一気通貫で担当いただきます。
【応募資格】
必須(MUST)
1.SNS運用経験(2年以上): 企業アカウントの X/Twitter、Facebook、Instagram、TikTokのいずれかで、フォロワー増やエンゲージメント向上に貢献した実績
2.ライブ配信:各プラットフォームのライブ配信ルールを熟知し、現場での進行管理や臨機応変ができる方
3.クリエイティブ:トレンド感度が高く、画像加工や動画編集ソフトを実務で使いこなせる方
4.データ分析・改善:SNSプラットフォームの主要指標(再生数、エンゲージメント率、コンバージョン率等)を定期的に分析し、PDCAで運用戦略の最適化ができる方
歓迎(WANT)
1.SNSアカウントの新規立ち上げ経験、またはバズコンテンツの制作経験
2.インフルエンサーとのコネクション、またはビジネス交渉・ディレクション経験
3.各SNSプラットフォームにおける広告運用経験
4.ライブコマースの経験、またはライバーとして高いGMVを創出した実績
5.英語や中国語で日常会話ができる方
