クライアントパートナー/アカウント営業責任者(Manufacturing & Hi-Tech/Utilities:製造&ハイテク・ユーティリティ)
職務内容
- 製造・ハイテク・ユーティリティ業界向けの営業としてご活躍いただきます
【仕事内容】
1. デリバリー部門や新規事業パートナー部門など他部門とも連携し、担当顧客への提案活動を実施していただきます。
2. 顧客との関係構築をし、案件発掘から提案、クロージング及び運用フォローまでを顧客担当責任者として活動。
3. 製造・ハイテク・ユーティリティ業界のお客様に対し,中長期的な戦略の立案および実行
4. TCSのグローバルの事例を理解し、日本のお客様にあった形に再構成し製造・ハイテク・ユーティリティ業界全体およびお客様のニーズにマッチした提案を継続して実施
担当アカウントに関し営業戦略を策定し、それに基づき目標を達成するとともに、お客様とのリレーションシップを維持・発展させることが求められます。社内外Team(グローバルTeam/Partner会社・デリバリー部門)の関係者との緊密なコラボレーションを通して高いバリューのソリューションを提案することができまた、社内外においてリーダーシップを発揮し、顧客担当責任者として社内Teamをリードするなど、能動的に活動できる姿勢を重視します。
登録資格
以下のような経験・スキルをお持ちの方
- デリバリー側で顧客折衝のご経験をお持ちの方
(コンサルタント、アーキテクト、プロジェクトマネージャーやデリバリーマネージャーとしてのご経験)
- 製造・ハイテク・ユーティリティなどの業界知見があれば尚可
- 英語でのコミュニケーションが可能な方

みなし労働時間制の種類:専門業務型裁量労働制
一日当たりのみなし労働時間:8時間
- 給与
月給:※経験・能力など考慮の上、当社規程により決定
裁量労働手当:有の場合は、60,000円〜80,000円/月
残業手当:無

賞与:あり
- 勤務時間
9:00〜18:00
(実働8時間・フレックスタイム制有、コアタイム10:00〜16:00)
- 休日/休暇
年次有給休暇(初年度10日 ※入社日によって異なる場合有)、完全週休2日制(土曜日・日曜日)、祝日、年末年始、慶弔休暇、育児・介護休業
