仕事内容


機密文章などの古紙回収の御提案と、

回収した古紙で製造した

トイレットペーパーの販売。

2回利益が生み出せるビジネスモデルで

事業拡大を続ける当社で増員募集

「デジタル化で古紙、減ってるよね?」

確かに古紙の総量は減っていますが、

その中の機密文書の量は、ほぼ同じ。

そして、当社が得意としているのが

機密文書の再生なんです。

  • グループ会社と連携して厳重な

セキュリティトラックで回収、

自社リサイクル工場まで運搬。

  • 段ボール箱に箱詰めされたまま、

開梱せずに機密文書を溶解処理。

  • クリップやホッチキスなどの

金具類も分別不要。溶解処理時に

分別して金属としてリサイクル。

情報漏洩の心配も、

クリップなどをはずす手間もなく、

安全・簡単にSDGsに貢献できると

官公庁や民間企業からの依頼が多数

SDGsへの関心の高まりに比例して

紹介のお客様も続々と増えています。

【お任せするお仕事】

古紙回収提案とトイレットペーパーの販売営業、

この2つの営業をお任せします。

  • 古紙回収のソリューション営業

機密文書の「溶解処理」提案

社会的な信用が特に求められる取引先に対し、確かな技術とセキュリティを提供します。

<営業先>

官公庁・大学・金融機関・大手企業など、社会の重要機関。

<具体的な仕事>

お客様の機密保持ニーズに合わせた機密文章の「溶解処理」を提案。

処理量や頻度に基づいた見積作成。

自社設備の信頼性を伝えるため、お客様を工場見学へご案内する機会もあります。

書類作成などの事務作業は営業事務が担当。あなたはお客様への提案・商談に集中できる環境です

  • トイレットペーパー販売営業

再生紙100%製品の販促

環境志向が高まる市場で、強みのある自社製品を広める仕事です。

商社・卸売会社などが中心。

<商品の強み>

再生紙100%の自社製品そのため、環境への意識が高いお客様には特に好評をいただいています。

お客様からの「こんな商品が欲しい」というご要望やフィードバックを、商品企画に活かせるチャンスがあります

  • いずれも訪問営業が基本
  • 担当エリアは大阪・京都・滋賀など

(車で2時間圏内)

  • 場合により、直行直帰もOK
  • 8割が既存顧客なのでご提案しやすく、

ノルマもありません

【入社後の流れ】

まずは本社工場(泉南市)で1週間研修。

古紙がトイレットペーパーに

生まれ変わる工程を学ぶことで

製品への理解と提案力が身につきます。

その後は大阪営業所でOJT研修。

先輩同行を通じて、3~6ヶ月で

独り立ちを目指します

チームで営業

基本を学んだら、いよいよ営業

先輩について既存のお客様を訪問、

書類の作成など、徐々に当社での

営業に慣れていって下さい。

チーム全員で、お客様一社一社と

向き合いのが、当社のスタイル。

チームでの販売目標はありますが、

個人ノルマはありません。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日

9:00~18:00 (実働8時間/休憩1時間)

  • 残業ほとんどなし

基本、18:00の定時に退勤

※繁忙期あり

年末年始などの長期休暇前は、

トイレットペーパー販売先の

利用者数が増加するため依頼も増加

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 23万円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万4000円 〜(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり25時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
