We are looking for a Visual Merchandising & Display (VMD) Manager in Tokyo for a well-known lifestyle brand in the sports and fashion industry. This role focuses on improving how products are displayed in stores, ensuring customers have a great shopping experience. You'll work with a major brand that's growing in Japan, offering opportunities for professional development and global exposure
主な業務内容:
- グローバルおよびローカルのガイドラインに基づき、ビジュアルマーチャンダイジング計画を策定し、季節ごとのプランを管理します。
- 窓ディスプレイやサインなどの小売マーケティングを担当し、キャンペーンの効果的なプレゼンテーションを確保します。
- マーチャンダイジング、リテールオペレーション、ブランドチームと連携し、全ての店舗で一貫した顧客体験を提供し、新店舗のオープンをサポートします。
- 店舗のVMDリーダーを指導し、商品陳列のトレーニングを実施、ローカルスケジュールを管理し、キャンペーンの展開を調整します。
- VMD予算を管理し、ベンダーやクリエイティブエージェンシーと協力してプロジェクトを計画通りに完了させます。
応募資格:
- ファッションまたはアパレル業界でのビジュアルマーチャンダイジングまたは小売ブランドマーケティングの経験が8-10年。
- ブランドマーケティング、コミュニケーション、またはビジュアルマーチャンダイジングの学士号が望ましい。
- Adobe Suite(Illustrator & Photoshop)およびMicrosoft Officeに精通し、グラフィックデザイン能力が高い方。
- 複数のチームと協力し、締め切りが厳しいプロジェクトを管理した経験。
- イノベーションと品質を追求する起業家精神。
- 協力的な作業環境を作り出すための優れたコミュニケーション能力。
