The position
As a Senior MCE Capability Lead, you will be a champion for and orchestrate an exceptional multichannel customer experience capability for Novo Nordisk Japan to win the market. You will lead to improve MCE playbook based on MCE insight partner feedback and align with business leaders and Headquarters to meet the directions. You will also be expected to framework and execute events to embed MCE way of working especially for Marketing and Sales. You will be in charge of NNPro business owner for enhancement and providing MCE insights and updating analytical environment along with the internal IT team to make sure business investment and return are accurately captured.
Key tasks but not limited to:
- Evaluate/ educate/ update MCE operational process by to make sure process are followed to improve Novo Nordisk Japan overall capabilities and effectiveness. Monitor and update role and responsibilities in accordance with MCE progress. Lead and execute Brand plan process (Customer journey workshop, Marketing workshop, MCE insight session, etc.) to provide marketing MCE insights.
- Manage and plan MCE capability development roadmap. Work closely with HR team to identify what capability is necessary to accelerate MCE and omni channel marketing capabilities at Novo Nordisk Japan. Set a clear goal and execute initiatives including various trainings and workshops.
- Work closely with Novo product owner at DD&IT to develop the system for more Japanese customer friendly and competitive HCP portal.
- Utilize analytics to develop, measure and optimize integrated multi-channel campaigns.
- Be responsible for content tagging process, deliverable and management align with the internal IT team.
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree or higher, coursework focusing on marketing, business, scientific area or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience working in pharmaceutical company is required. (Experience working as an MR will be a plus).
- Digital execution experience in multichannel and/or omnichannel marketing is preferred.
- Fluent in oral and written Japanese and be able to learn and commit to develop good communication skill in English (oral and written. Minimum of TOEIC600 at the start).
