【期待する役割】

◇全社業務改革(BPR)

業務生産性向上に向けて、全社的・部門横断の業務改革課題を整理し、抜本的に組織機能分担および業務プロセスを見直す支援を行っています。

支援対象の業務領域として、見積・受注・購買・生産管理・出荷・請求・回収などの一連の業務が対象になることが多いです。

◇基幹システム再構築支援

基幹システム再構築に向けて、業務・システムの両面から課題を整理し、To-Be業務設計および必要なシステム機能を整理し、・RFP(提案依頼書)作成、ベンダー・パッケージ選定支援を行っており、ベンダー選定後の、PMO支援・導入後の定着支援まで一貫した支援を行っています。また、基幹システムだけでなく、周辺システムや個別システムの導入支援を行っています。

【職務内容】

(1)診断・実態把握

データ分析やヒアリング、現場の実態調査などを積み重ね、企業の抱える問題を明らかにていきます。ロジカルに問題を切り分けながら、各地に足を運び現場にしかない情報を集めて、分析をしていきます。

(2)改革のマスタープランの作成

どのような問題を、どのような手順で、どのようなコンセプトで解決してくべきかを提言します。新たな考え方や視点をもってクライアントのあるべき姿をご提案する、コンサルタントらしい仕事とも言えます。

(3)実行支援

改革のマスタープランを1~3年程度、クライアントと協同で実行していきます。この実行支援の強さが弊社の強みであり、現場に入り込みながら、クライアントと同じ目線で改革に取り組みます。クライアントのTOP層とも強い信頼関係を構築し、長期的な視点で企業価値を向上を実現していくのです。

【必須要件】

以下のご経験をお持ちの方

・経営事業企画部門、マーケティング・営業部門、コーポレート部門等で3年程度の経験がある方

・自社またはクライアントワークとして業務改善のご経験

【給与】

年収 820 ~ 1500 万円

■表記の年収・月給はあくまで目安であり、経験等を考慮のうえ、決定します。

■賞与年2回(6月、12月)、昇給年1回(4月)

■賞与は個人業績に連動した業績賞与

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
