【配属組織について(概要・ミッション)】

エンタープライズパッケージソリューション本部は、業種横断的(他事業部のお客さまへも)にERPパッケージおよび、その他業務ソリューションを提供するプロフェッショナル集団です。

その中でも当組織は日立グループのSIerとしてのSAP事業を取り纏める部として、SAPソリューションを用いた基幹システムの構築、保守運用や事業戦略やアライアンス企画などを推進し、日立グループ一丸となって金融・公共・公益・産業・流通等のお客さまへSAPソリューションを提供しています。

・当部門ではあらゆる業種のお客さまに対してSAPソリューションを提供しており、SAPソリューションによるシステム構築に携わっていただきます。

【働く環境】

1.配属組織/チームについて

・エンタープライズパッケージソリューション本部は総勢約120名の組織です。

・グローバル案件に携わる機会も有り、部内には海外勤務経験者も多く在籍しています。

・主体性を持ちお互いに教え合う風土があります。(有志で勉強会を適宜開催、SAPハッカソンへの参加など)

2.働き方について

・2025年10月時点での勤務実態は、週3回程度の出社と在宅勤務を組み合わせた形態となります。

ご家庭やご自身の都合に応じてフレキシブルな対応が可能で、在宅勤務や休暇が取りやすい環境です。

・参画プロジェクトの所在地への出張、常駐可能性あり。

応募資格
【必須条件】

・SAP導入プロジェクトのリード経験(PMまたはチームリードとしてS/4HANA移行・導入完遂)

・SAP S/4HANA(FI/CO、MM、SD、PPなど)の業務知識

・Fit to Standard・Fit&Gap分析、要件定義、ソリューション設計経験

【歓迎条件】

・コンフィグ設定の実務スキル(カスタマイズ経験必須)

・SAP認定コンサルタントの資格をお持ちの方(SAP S/4関連またはSAP Saasソリューション)

・クラウドERP(SAP BTP、RISE with SAP)導入経験

・製造業・流通業・公共分野など特定業界でのSAP導入経験

・プロジェクトマネジメント資格(PMP、IPA PMなど)
