<大手電機メーカー系企業での人事教育関連業務8割は在宅勤務> 労務管理、ES向上、ダイバーシティ、健康管理、採用支援、教育関連等の各種データ作成、資料作成、職場へのヒアリング、施策展開、問合せ対応、支払処理、データ入力等 <具体的には> ・全社の時間外、年休管理等のデータ集計、月次会議資料の作成、職場への勤務状況確認等 ・外部機関への認定申請のデータ集計、申請書作成 ・ES向上やダイバーシティ、健康経営等の全社取り組みの施策を職場へ周知、働きかけを行う 【在宅勤務】有 月2回を全員出社日あり(毎月第二水曜・最終金曜)、それ以外は基本在宅勤務 【外出対応】横浜、蒲田、四谷等の近隣事務所への外出がある可能性あり 【男女比率】8:4 【部署人数】12名 【平均年齢】42歳
