■どういう使命や課題に取り組むのか

プロダクトマネージャーと協力し、どのような機能を顧客に提供するか、様々な可能性を検討する
テックリードまたはプロジェクトリーダーが示す方針に従い、開発タスクをブレークダウンし、開発計画を遂行する。小規模なプロジェクトまたはサブプロジェクトにおいては自身がプロジェクトリーダーとなり、デリバリーに向けて実行可能な開発計画を立て、計画遂行に責任を持つ

■どういう業務に取り組むのか

多岐に渡る、検索および推薦機能、APIの設計と開発、デリバリーを行う
プロアクティブに、各種検索・推薦機能の保守と運用を行う
チームメンバーや他チームと協力して、プロダクションシステムにおける、検索/推薦のランキングに関する課題を調査し、定量的な評価指標を定めて改善する

【求める人材】

<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>

<経験>

・コンピュータサイエンス、数学、または他の関連する技術領域における学士号、または同等の知識を示す資格や経験

・ 2年以上の、ソフトウェアエンジニリアリングにおける経験(検索・推薦領域における経験は問わない)

・データ構造とアルゴリズムに関する知識

・Webバックエンドシステム設計に関する、実践的な経験

・AWS, GCP, Azureなど、1つ以上のクラウドインフラサービスにおける実践的な経験

・日本語コミュニケーション能力 (JLPT N2または同等の経験)
