このポジションでは、Webフロントエンドにスペシャリティをもつエンジニアとして、LegalForceプロダクトシリーズの継続的な成長にコミットいただきます。

ご志向に応じて、バックエンドやインフラ、デザインを部分的に担当することも可能です。

■どういう使命や課題に取り組むのか

プロダクトとユーザーとのインターフェース窓口となるWebフロントエンドの開発に取り組み、弊社が扱うドメイン領域における課題の解決策を最高のUIならびにUXで提供する
日々移り変わるベストプラクティスを適宜キャッチアップしながら、ユーザーのために最適な選択を取り続ける

■どういう業務に取り組むのか

Webフロントエンドを中心に、AI契約審査プラットフォーム「LegalForce」もしくはAI契約管理システム「LegalForceキャビネ」のプロダクトのエンハンス、または新規プロダクト/機能の設計・実装・レビュー・テスト・運用保守
チームの生産性やプロダクトの品質向上を目的とした、各種自動化やObservabilityの向上、プロセスの整備、ドキュメントの執筆
チーム状況に応じて、メンバーのメンタリング・コーチング

【求める人材】

<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>

<経験>

・何らかのWebフロントエンドフレームワーク / ライブラリ、並びにTypeScriptを用いたWebフロントエンド開発実務経験、もしくはそれに相当する経験

・HTML, CSS, JavaScriptそれぞれにおけるWebフロントエンドアプリケーションの構築に必要な知見

・ 3年以上のWeb系システム開発実務経験、もしくはそれに相当する経験

・Git、ならびにGitHub/GitLab/Bitbucketなどを用いたチーム開発経験

・ 日本語能力試験N1に相当する言語力
