利益を最大にする予算策定、会社の将来を左右する中長期計画の策定など

『攻めの財務経理』を推進していただく方を募集します。

【業務内容】

・予算策定、予実管理

・中期経営計画の策定、推進

・キャッシュフロー管理、銀行対応

・決算業務取り纏め(月次・四半期・年次)

・部門全体の統括業務

・経理部内経験

【歓迎要件】

・建設業経理士2級または日商簿記1級

【給与】

年収 822 ~ 889 万円

想定給与※年棒制

8,220,000~8,892,000円(2024年4月改定)

※役職手当を含む

※年棒÷12ヵ月=月給

※上記金額は基準です。前職給与・希望金額を考慮の上決定します。

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります

【休日・休暇】

週休二日(土日)※年間10日程度土曜出勤日有り(当社カレンダーによる)

※2024年長期休暇例:GW10日、夏期休暇9日、年末年始休暇10日

※有給休暇:初年度10日付与(入社3ヶ月後:4日、6ヶ月後:6日)

※特別休暇、慶弔休暇 等 [年間休日120日(2024年)]
