公共施設での、

管理・運営スタッフのお仕事です。

未経験歓迎/研修・マニュアルあり

公共施設勤務で安定

体力勝負の仕事ではありません

正社員登用制度あり

施設を利用されるお客様が、

安全に・快適に過ごせるよう

運営全般をサポートしていただきます。

受付・巡回・事務作業などを

チームで分担しながら行うため、

一人で任されることはありません。

難しい専門知識は不要。

未経験からスタートしたスタッフが

多数活躍しています。

公共施設ならではの、

落ち着いた環境で

  • 受付対応・利用案内
  • 電話対応、予約管理
  • 施設内の巡回・簡単な点検
  • スタッフ間の連携・運営補助
  • 事務作業(簡単なPC入力)

現場は複数名体制で運営しています。

それぞれ役割分担しながら

業務を進めるため、

「一人で任されて不安」

「分からないまま進める」

ということはありません。

分からないことは

すぐに先輩スタッフに確認でき、

未経験の方も安心して働けます。

体力仕事ばかりではなく、

年齢を重ねても

無理なく続けやすい仕事です。

入社後は研修期間を設け、

業務の流れや施設ルール、

シフト制(例)

・早番 08:30~15:30

・遅番 15:30~22:00

・通し 08:30~22:00

基本給:時給 1150円 〜
