BX / 製造業コンサルタント(ものづくりDXコンサルタント) / 東京・大阪 / FPTコンサ
【仕事内容】
1. 製造業務デジタル改革・MES導入支援(製造業全般)
・顧客の業務分析とDX構想策定 ・MES導入における要件定義、製品選定、設計・展開支援
・IoT、BIツール等を活用したデータ収集・分析・改善提案 ・グローバル展開支援(海外拠点へのロールアウト)
2. 生産計画・スケジューラー導入支援
・生産計画業務の現状分析と課題抽出 ・生産スケジューラー(Asprovaなど)の導入企画・要件定義
・スケジューラーとMES/ERPとの連携設計・データフロー構築 ・計画精度向上や納期遵守率改善に向けた業務改善提案
3. 自動車業界向けものづくり改革支援 ・自動車OEMおよびTier1サプライヤー向けの製品開発・製造プロセス全体の業務改革支援
・PLM、MES、生産スケジューラー、ERPなどのシステム連携を前提とした業務要件及びシステム設計支援
・海外拠点を含むグローバルプロジェクトの企画・推進

- 製造業:グローバルMESプロジェクト
マルチベンダ体制のグローバルMES導入プロジェクトの計画策定フェーズをリード業務及びシステム両面からのモデル定義、グローバル展開計画策定。
- 製造業:操業改善プロジェクト 現行業務フロー及び操業・物流データの収集、分析に基づくあるべき業務プロセスの改善提案及び実行支援
