マンション管理フロント担当(管理職候補)【東京】【住商Gの安定基盤/フロント離職率が低い環境】
【仕事内容】
ハイグレードマンションの管理フロント業務を担当していただきます。
・管理組合の理事会・総会の運営サポート
・収支予算案・決算案の作成、提案
・長期修繕計画の提案、更新業務
・担当物件の巡回、状況確認
・その他、管理組合運営に関するコンサルティング業務
※担当は1人あたり約10物件(1000戸)程度。住友商事分譲のハイグレードマンションが中心です。
