【ゴムホース製造業務】
材料を機械に投入
ホースのもととなるゴムを作るために、材料を機械にセットします。
(1)ゴムを細く伸ばす
できあがったゴムを、長く細いホースにするための機械にセットします。
(2)ホースをカット
長くなったホースをカットするため、専用の機械にセットします。
(3)パーツを取り付け
ホースの先端に金属部品やカバーを取り付けます。
(4)品質チェック
できあがったホースに傷や穴がないか、目で見たり、機械を使って調べて確認します。
作業は黙々と自分のペースで進めることができ、コツコツと作業をこなす仕事です。
