【ベルテックスとは?】

【本ポジションの役割】

リクルーティング室の一員として、新卒採用担当者として活躍いただくことを想定しております。

当社は例年15名〜20名の採用目標を掲げ、採用活動を行っております。

採用活動の企画から実施、入社後のフォローまで、一貫して携われるポジションです。

<採用事務アシスタント業務対応>

採用は鮮度が命。そのため、スピーディーな対応が求められます。また、事務業務と一言でいっても様々な対応が同時進行で必要になるため、マルチタスク力が求められます。

<各種イベント対応>

特に新卒採用では、攻めの採用の姿勢が必要になります。各種取引先とのリレーション構築も重要ですが、能動的な採用活動が目標達成のため必須となります。

< カジュアル面談対応>

応募者と直接コミュニケーションをとり、会社にマッチした人材を見極めます。一次面接前に求職者の不安を解消しながら、会社の魅力を伝える役割も担います。

23年卒の内定辞退率平均は約48.3%となり、約2人に1人は内定辞退をしているというデータがあります。新卒採用担当として、細やかなフォローを行い、内定承諾してもらえる環境、関係作りをしていただきます。
