【職務概要】
エンジニア組織のマネジメントおよびプロジェクト推進を担っていただきます。初期は10名~20名前後のチームマネジメントを想定していますが、組織の拡大フェーズにあるため、採用活動や組織設計にも深く関与いただきます。
【職務詳細】
■エンジニア組織のマネジメント:目標設定、評価、1on1、キャリア開発支援、モチベーション管理。
■採用活動:国内外のトップクラスのエンジニア採用(書類選考、面接、アトラクト、採用広報)。
■プロジェクト推進・ステークホルダー調整:プロダクトマネージャー(PdM)や他事業部の開発責任者と連携し、ロードマップの策定と実行支援を行う。
■技術的な意思決定のサポート:アーキテクチャ選定や技術的負債の解消に向けた意思決定をリードまたはサポートする。
■組織課題の解決:開発生産性の向上、オンボーディングプロセスの改善、カルチャーの醸成。

基本はチームの成果最大化(マネジメント)にコミットいただきますが、それが最も合理的だと判断されるフェーズにおいては、プレイングマネージャーとして自ら手を動かし、コードを書き、仕様を策定することも大いに歓迎・推奨される環境です。

【必須】
・Webアプリケーションの開発経験(5年以上目安)
・マルチクラウド構成でのシステム開発経験(3年以上目安)
・エンジニアチームのマネジメント経験(3年以上目安/採用、評価、育成など)
・アジャイル/スクラムなどを用いたチーム開発のリード経験
・日本語:ビジネスレベル以上
・英語:ビジネス基礎レベル以上(TOEIC 700点相当以上 ※入社後の取得サポートあり)
【尚可】
・AI・ML/LLMを活用したアプリケーションの開発・運用経験
・大規模Webサービスのアーキテクチャ設計・運用経験
・マイクロサービスアーキテクチャでの開発・運用経験
・多国籍なメンバーで構成されるチームのマネジメント経験
【給与】
年収:700万~1500万程度
月給制:月額590000円
給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇
賞与:ハイパフォーマンス賞与
昇給:年2回(7月・1月)
