職務要約:
金融機関向けキーアカウントマネジャー

職務詳細;
金融機関(銀行、証券会社)向けアカウントマネジメント、金融機関代理店の新規開拓
・当社代理店である銀行、証券会社の本部対応全般
・金融機関との関係強化の為のリレーションシップマネジメント、商品導入交渉、営業推進
・販売ネットワーク拡大の為の新規金融機関との代理店委託契約、商品導入交渉
・月に2~3回の国内出張あり

スキル・経験:
(経験)   保険会社における代理店営業経験
(スキル) 金融機関本部向けの各種企画提案営業スキル
社内外のステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションスキル
基本的なExcel、PowerPoint、Word による資料作成スキル

語学力:

日本語 Native、 英語 必須ではないができると良い

社外勤務についての部内ガイドライン:
社外勤務 在宅勤務は週1~2日程度想定、ほかに国内出張あり

残業について:
残業は月20時間程度を想定します。

経験、能力を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇します。

フレックス制度については募集案件によって記載
原則 9:00~17:00(実働7時間。フレックス制度あり)
