仕事内容:

◤業務内容◢

技術監査部のマネージャー(課長職)として、

建築環境評価グループのリーダーも兼務いただき、

部門の運営・品質管理・進捗管理を担っていただきます。

【具体的には】

部門マネジメント業務

●技術監査部(監査員)および建築環境評価グループの管理

(業務委託約150名、案件数常時40~50件)

●レベニュー(収支)の管理

●案件の進捗管理

●契約監査員の費用管理・技術面サポート

●派遣スタッフの費用・勤怠管理

品質・安全管理

●テクニカルマネージャーと連携し、事業部全体の品質管理・安全管理を推進

●品質基準、実施要綱の策定・運用

●新たな業務委託先の開拓

現場対応

●月2〜3日程度、現場訪問や全国出張あり

まずは上司と一緒にOJT形式で業務経験を積んだ後、

審査業務経験を積んだ後、建築基準適合判定の資格を目指していただきます。

受験費用は会社で全額負担

業務上必要な資格や個人のスキルアップを目的として、積極的に研修等を行っています。

確認検査機関として、最も重要な資格である「建築基準適合判定資格」については、

資格保有者である先輩社員が講師となって勉強会を開催し、資格取得をサポートしています。

◤研修体制◢

審査業務未経験の方でも応募可能です

業務経験を積みながら上司が最終的な承認を行いますので、

常にフォロー・アドバイスを受けながら仕事に取り組むことができます

◎研修の流れ◎

●研修期間:3ヶ月かけて、しっかりとノウハウを身につけられます

●実施内容:

・オリエンテーション

・2週間かけて、オンラインにて専門研修(座学)を実施

・実際の申請物件の審査を体験

求める人材:

・1級建築士をお持ちの方

・前職でレベニュー管理のご経験をお持ちの方

・CASBE 又は LEEDの評価員資格をお持ちの方

・サステナブル建築や地球温暖化対策に関心があり、新しい業務にも積極的に取り組める方

・10年以上の建築業界・ディベロッパーでのご経験をお持ちの方

・5年以上のマネジメント経験(10~15名程のマネジメント経験)をお持ちの方

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00〜17:30(休憩時間:1時間00分)

・年間休日125日

・完全週休2日制(土・日)

・産休・育休、介護休業

※育休・産休からの復帰率はほぼ100%です
