About Your Team

Your Key Responsibilities
- Understand the requirements both functional and non-functional by going through the specifications and with inputs from business analysts and participate in creating high level estimate as well as translating the same to data requirements in order to create a data requirements document and participate effectively in the design, development and testing phases of the project
- Utilize analytical, statistical, and programming skills to collect, analyze and interpret data sets
- Create hypothesis scenarios based on the business requirements
- Create model design artifacts to provide deliverables in line with requirements
- Develop models and algorithms
- Review all artifacts (Design, Code, Documentation, Unit test scripts)
- Develop A/B testing and test model quality
- Define process and tools to monitor and analyze model performance
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 8 of experience in Information Technology.

At least 4 years of experience in Data Science/AI/ML projects
Preferred Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in AI/ML/DL algorithms, Python, R, Data pipeline, Data cleansing, Visualization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in software development life cycle
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

顧客企業と社内関係者の仲介役が主な役割になります。要件の聞き取り、仮説の特定、モデル設計、開発とテストといったデータサイエンスプロジェクトの様々な段階で技術的な知見を活かしていただけます。仮説シナリオを策定する、モデルアーチファクトを設計する、高品質なコードを届ける、あらゆるタイプのテストの評価や実装、移行、保障に関連するサポート活動をリードするという重要な役割を担い、チームワークやコラボレーションを推進するという学習文化の一端を担っていただきます。優秀な人が報われ、多様性が尊重され大切にされます。
主な責務
- 仕様を精査して機能要件と非機能要件の両方を理解し、ビジネス解析からの情報を得て上位レベルの見積を作成。データ要件文書を作成するためにデータ要件に落とし込み、プロジェクトの設計、開発およびテストの各段階に効果的に参画。
- 解析、統計、プログラミングのスキルを活かしてデータセットを収集、解析、解釈する
- ビジネス要件に従って仮説シナリオを作成
- 要件に沿った成果物を提供するようモデル設計アーチファクトを作成
- モデルとアルゴリズムを開発
- すべてのアーチファクト(設計、コード、文書化、単体試験のスクリプト)をレビュー
- A/B試験を開発しテストモデル品質を確保
必要な資格
- 学士、または認定機関で求められる学士相当の資格。大学での1年間の代替として専門分野での経験が連続して3年間も考慮いたします。
- 情報技術分野での経験が8年以上。
- 日本国籍保持者および日本での就労資格保持者のご応募をお待ちしています。今回は就労ビザのスポンサーは行いません。
好ましい要件
- AI/ML/DLアルゴリズム、Python、R、データパイプライン、データクレンジング、可視化の経験が4年以上
- 話す・書くのコミュニケーションスキルが高い
- ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクルの経験
- 多様な複数の関係者がいる環境でチームとして働くことができる能力
- グローバルなデリバリー環境で働いた経験およびその環境で働きたいという意思があること
