【業務内容】

生活介護事業所(定員16名前後)での日中支援、福祉ホーム入居者様への生活援助、居宅介護サービスでの個別支援を担当していただきます。

・日常的な家事支援(掃除、洗濯、調理、買い物同行)

・身体介護業務(食事・入浴・排泄介助、着替えサポート)

・外出企画の実施(通院付き添い、レクリエーション活動)

・夜間の見守り対応(宿直業務)

1日の流れの例:

・08:45 出勤・朝礼

・09:00 送迎

・10:00 日中活動支援(入浴・食事・外出企画等)

・16:00 送迎

・17:45 退勤

勤務時間・曜日:

8:00~20:00(実働8時間、休憩1時間)

月単位のシフト制(変形労働時間制)

08:45出勤・朝礼

09:00送迎

10:00日中活動支援(入浴・食事・外出企画等)

16:00送迎

17:45退勤

(※生活介護事業所の場合)

月給:201,600円~222,900円

昇給:年1回、賞与:年3回(昨年度3.8か月分)

試用期間:3か月(学歴換算の給与。期間終了後に職歴換算し基本給を決定)
