オフィスビル、マンション、商業施設、生産施設等の見積業務を担当していただきます。
■設計図をもとに積算、値入、関係部署と調整、協力会社からの見積徴収及び折衝
■単価金額に対する調査、分析
■BIMを利用した積算

■ゼネコン、設計事務所、積算事務所にて技術職としてのご経験がある方(施工管理、設計、積算 等)

■BIM関係の実務経験のある方

【給与】
【想定年収】600万円~900万円(例:30~45歳)
【想定月収】38万円~53万円(例:30~45歳)
※経験年齢、能力、前職給与等を考慮し判断いたします。
※キャリア職(G3-G5)35時間分92,320円~、基幹職(G6)は45時間分150,000円~のみなし残業手当を支給。
※超えた分の残業代は別途支給。
※準社員期間はみなし手当は無し(残業代全額別途支給)
