【具体的には】
■新規公告案件に伴う土木官積算業務
国土交通省、農林水産省、防衛省、NEXCO、地方自治体の全支店案件を担当します。
積算結果は必ず検証し、PDCAを回しながら業務を進めていきます。
※施工計画や数量計算作成含む
■歩掛調査業務
発注機関や調査機関からの調査依頼対応になります。
■手持ち工事の設計変更支援
設計部門と連携しながら支援業務を行っていただきます。

■官庁、ゼネコンや建設コンサルタントにおける土木官積算業務の経験
■ネクスコ各社・中央官庁工事に関する積算業務経験
■土木工事の施工管理経験
■技術士または1級土木施工管理技士

■発注者(官庁)の立場で工事監督官の経験
■ゼネコン、建設コンサルタントにおいて、現場の施工管理や、監督官支援の業務経験
■トンネル工事、シールド工事、橋梁下部工事、大型土工事など土木工事全般経験

■社内外の関係者と効果的にコミュニケーションを取り、業務を進行できる能力および経験がある者
【給与】
■想定年収:650万円~900万円(例:30~45歳)
■想定月収:;38万円~53万円(例:30~45歳)
※経験年齢、能力、前職給与等を考慮し判断いたします。
※キャリア職(G3-G5)35時間分92,320円~、基幹職(G6)は45時間分150,000円~のみなし残業手当を支給。
※超えた分の残業代は別途支給。
※準社員期間はみなし手当は無し(残業代全額別途支給)
