【仕事内容】

・SPO事業

お客様先に常駐し、企業・ブランド・サービスのプロモーションや

内部研修、オンライン配信などを目的とした

動画の制作全般を担当していただきます。

撮影(カメラ操作/機材準備・セッティング・照明・音声収録など)

編集(映像/音声のカット・色補正・テロップ挿入・BGM・エフェクト等)

配信業務(ライブ配信やオンデマンド配信の準備および実施)

撮影現場でのクライアントとの調整、進行管理

プロジェクトスケジュールおよび品質管理

【必須条件】

映像制作の実務経験(1年以上): 撮影から編集(Premiere Pro)まで一貫して対応できる方

ビジネスレベルの日本語能力: 日本の商習慣を理解し、大手企業の役職者等と円休にコミュニケーションが取れる方

クライアントワーク経験: 顧客の意図を汲み取り、修正依頼等に柔軟かつ論理的に対応できる方

PCスキル: Officeソフト(特にPowerPoint/Excel)の基本操作、各種オンラインツールに習熟している方

【歓迎要件】

・セミナー動画・研修動画・営業/マーケティング動画の制作経験

・撮影経験(カメラ操作、音声収録、簡易照明など)

・After Effectsを使用した簡単なモーショングラフィックス制作経験

・複数カメラの編集経験

・Webマーケティング(YouTube、広告動画等)への理解・興味

・PowerPoint/Keynote資料をもとにした動画制作経験

・クライアントへの改善提案・構成提案の経験

・少人数体制で一人称で制作を進めた経験

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

原則10時〜19時にて8時間勤務

または、常駐先の勤務形態に合わせる。

※フレックス制・コアタイム無しですが、現場等により前後する可能性あり

週休2日制(原則:土・日・祝)

※会社カレンダーによる(4週4休以上)

年間休日:125日前後

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 19万7000円 〜 44万7000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり5万3000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり34時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

【月 収】250,000円 ~ 500,000円

【想定年収】3,000,000円 - 6,000,000円

【昇 給】昇給あり

【評価賞与】社内評価基準に応じて(年2回)

※経験年齢能力を考慮のうえ決定します。

※固定残業時間34時間分・53,000円含む。残業超過分は全額支給。
