給湯器・電気商材のご案内コールスタッフ

【仕事内容】

すでにサービスをご利用いただいているお客様にお電話して、

給湯器や電気に関するサービスをご案内するお仕事です。

新規のお客様ではなく、既存のお客様へのご連絡なので、

未経験の方でも始めやすい内容です

具体的には・・・

・お客様へお電話をかける

・マニュアルに沿ってサービスのご案内をする

・興味を持っていただいたら、次の担当へ引き継ぎ
