仕事内容
・宿泊ゲストや旅行会社からの電話およびメール対応(日本語、英語)

・空室確認、料金確認、予約の作成、在庫管理等

・ヒルトン大阪およびダブルツリーbyヒルトン大阪城の関係部署との連携

・すべてのお客様にプロフェッショナルな態度で対応し、すべての予約がお客様の期待に沿って正確に手配すよう努める

・ホテルブランドの基準を維持しながら、迅速で効率的なサービスを提供する

大阪にある5つのホテル(ヒルトン大阪、コンラッド大阪、キャノピー大阪梅田、ダブルツリー大阪城、ウォルドーフアストリア大阪)の宿泊予約係として、お客様のためだけではなく、他のチームメンバーとも協力して業務を行うことが求められます。

・向上心を持ち、新しいシステムや変化に積極的に取り組む姿勢

・電話のマナーと卓越したコミュニケーションスキル

・基本的なPCスキル(メール、エクセル、ワード等)

・英語スキル(ビジネスレベル)、日本語スキル(ネイティブレベル)
