募集背景


グローバルな新機種立ち上げの推進をJPN主導でコントロールすることになり、部品の品質安定化や拠点品質の向上について、指導や管理を実施して強化してゆきます。現状では指導出来る人材が不足しており今回の募集でより強力な体制としてゆきたい為です。

新機種などの立ち上げ業務を経験している事

マネジメントの経験者または主任レベルの経験

サスペンションの専門知識などや経験あれば

求める人物像


自身がプレイヤーとして業務をこなしつつ、マネジメントができ、スキルアップを図る意思がある人物

もしくは主任クラスで業務やチームを引っ張っていける方。
