職務目的(Job Purpose)
- 担当エリアにおいて、上司の指導のもと「基幹商品ALLSTARs」を中心に、推進及び引受業務を通じて、お客様に寄り添い、企業賠償保険ラインの成長と収益性の向上を目指します。
職責(Job Responsibilities)
- 担当エリア（大阪を拠点とし関西地域の事業本部を担当予定）の企業賠償保険ラインの予算達成に責任を持ち、地域事業本部や他ラインの専門家と連携し、マーケットやチャネルの状況に応じた「基幹商品ALLSTARs」の販促計画を立案・実行します。
- 営業社員や担当チャネル向けにALLSTARsの販売トレーニングを実施し、特に重点代理店に対しては個別の販売計画やトレーニングにも関与します。
- 企業賠償保険ラインの広報活動を行い、成約事例や売れ筋情報、業務関連情報を提供し、マーケット情報や競合動向を収集します。
- 引受権限を有する企業賠償保険種目について、基本的な保険引受業務を担当し、引受権限がない案件や難易度の高い事案については上司やシニア・プロダクションアンダーライターと協力して対応し、収益性を確保します。

最終学歴
- 学士号または同等の学位

- 優れたコミュニケーションスキル、プレゼンテーションスキル、論理的思考能力
- 資料作成能力と文章力
- ビジネスレベルの英語力（望ましい）
- 自発的かつ積極的な姿勢
- マーケット・顧客志向の強い方
- 責任感があり、チームワークを重視する方
業務経験
- 5年以上の損保業界での経験（営業部門、企画推進部門、研修部門、商品部門（引受）またはクレーム部門での経験が望ましい。企業賠償に関する業務経験があれば尚可）
勤務地について
- 札幌、仙台、大宮、東京、名古屋、大阪、広島、福岡間での転勤が可能な方
- 最初の勤務地は大阪を予定
