Role Summary
The Director, Value Chain is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end value chain
across the
APAC region. This role ensures seamless integration across procurement, production,
distribution, and logistics while aligning supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute value chain strategy aligned with business goals.
- Optimize cost, quality, delivery, and service performance.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across procurement, manufacturing, sales, and finance.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement, KPI management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while ensuring compliance.
- Leverage ERP and digital tools to improve visibility and efficiency.
- Lead and develop high-performing value chain teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of supply chain or value chain experience, including leadership roles.
- Experience managing complex, multi-region supply chains.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
