業務内容
シニア・カスタマー・イネーブルメント・スペシャリストとして、日本(もしくは一部APAC)の顧客アカウントに対し、トレーニング、ワークショップ、ベストプラクティスの提供を通じて、顧客のイネーブルメント(製品活用・定着化)を確実に遂行していただきます。
主な職務責任:
アカウントエグゼクティブとの連携: アカウントの成長を促進し、解約リスクに対処するための施策を実行し、高い顧客満足度を確保する。
トレーニングの主導: 顧客のユースケースに合わせたthink-cellのトレーニングセッションやワークショップを主導し、ソフトウェアの採用(アダプション)と価値の実現を強化する。
トライアルおよびPoCの監督: トライアルや概念実証(Proof of Concepts)を管理し、think-cellのソリューションを見込み客のニーズに適合させる。
フィードバックの収集と共有: 顧客からのフィードバックを収集し、プロダクトチームやマーケティングチームにインサイトを共有することで、製品の改善とカスタマーサクセスを推進する。
データ管理: Salesforceなどのシステムにおいて、正確かつ最新の顧客データおよび機会(オポチュニティ)を維持・管理する。
応募要件・求める人物像
以下のような経験・スキルをお持ちの方を求めています:
カスタマー・イネーブルメント、カスタマーサクセス、またはアカウントマネジメントにおける5年以上の経験(SaaS業界での経験があれば尚可)。
流暢な日本語(ネイティブレベル)および英語力(読み書き・会話ともに必須)。
トレーニングプログラムの作成および実施における確かな実績。
優れた文章力および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力。
ソフトウェアのデモ、トライアル運用、およびCRMツールの使用経験。
フィードバックを分析し、実行可能な結果につなげる実証された能力。
