Contribute to the finance and accounting department, supporting the financial operations across 6 individual maisons and 1 back-office division.
Manage the general ledger (GL) functions for one or a few designated maisons.
Assist in establishing and maintaining adequate internal controls to ensure compliance with group rules and regulations.
Proactively identify and suggest operational improvements and enhancements to achieve process optimization within the finance function.
スキル・資格
Experience
More than 5 years of accounting experience in foreign retail company, especially in GL.
Proficient in Excel and Accounting system.
Certificate/Capability:
Nissho Bookkeeping 2nd grade or equivalent, CPA preferable.
Language:
Fluent in Japanese and English
Personality
Team oriented and good communication and work relationship
Strong analytical and synthetic skill
Proactive attitude
Ability to work under stress and time management

〇 Project Participation & Operational Improvement
Lead or actively contribute to project tasks and initiatives related to financial processes.
Exhibit foresight and initiative to ensure projects are successfully completed and effectively integrated into operations
〇 Internal Control Compliance & Knowledge Sharing
Maintain and, where necessary, suggest improvements to current accounting procedures and documentation.
Support the implementation of new internal controls as required by the organization.
Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster a collaborative and continuously improving work environment.
学歴
Education:
University Degrees in Finance and Accounting, Economics, and/or Business, preferrable.
