楽天グループ株式会社知的財産部は、楽天グループが提供する70以上のサービスに関して、知財戦略を策定し、実行する専門部署です。私たちは様々な部署と密接に連携し、知財戦略を通じて事業部が経営理念や全体戦略を達成するためのサポートを行っています。知的財産の保護・管理・活用を通じて、楽天グループの競争力を強化し、事業の成長を牽引しています。

IPX課は、2024年4月1日に設置された部署で、特許係争に対する組織的対応力の強化、フィンテック分野での特許実務の質的向上、特許管理業務の効率化・システム化を目指し、様々な新たな施策に取り組んでおります。

この募集ポジションではフィンテック以外の分野も取り扱います。

ポジション:
募集背景
楽天のグループ全体の知的財産業務を改善・効率化する取組みに対して、IT・システムの観点から提案・実行できる方といっしょに仕事をしたいと考えております。

業務内容
以下の業務に携わっていただきます。

・楽天のグループ全体の知的財産業務の改善・効率化に関するユーザからの相談・依頼を受けて、IT・システムの観点から解決手段を検討・提案

・システムアーキテクト的業務:当部のシステム全体(知的財産管理システムやRPA、ツール等)の設計思想等を考慮した実装方法の検討・決定

・実装・リリース作業(外注する場合は、依頼先とのコミュニケーション)

・ユーザからの問合せや不具合等の対応

・知的財産管理システムの運用

・上記に関するプロジェクト・タスク管理

・知的財産管理システムのベンダーとの関係維持・強化

※ 状況とご希望によっては、知財管理業務とシステムを管掌する組織のマネジメントを担っていただく可能性もあります。

当課は、企業の知的財産部門出身の中途採用メンバーの占める割合が高いチームとなっております。

必須要件:
以下のすべてを満たす方

・システム開発や外部のシステムソリューションの導入・リプレースを行うプロジェクトへの参画経験(1プロジェクト以上;経験年数で目安1年以上)

・システムへの実装に際して、ユーザからの様々な要望を整理・調整して現実的な落としどころに着地させた経験

・IT・システムについての知見

歓迎要件:
・Power Automate等のRPA、VBA、Microsoft Access、SQLを用いた開発経験・知識

・知的財産管理システム(特にANAQUA)の導入・運用経験

・システム開発・導入・リプレースのプロジェクトのリーダー経験

・少人数の組織のマネジメント経験

・知的財産に関する経験・知識については、以下をお持ちの方を歓迎しますが、今後挑戦したいという積極的な意欲があれば、ぜひご応募ください。

  • 知的財産の権利化・権利維持の手続
  • 企業の知的財産部門における業務フロー(例:出願稟議・報奨金支払・契約・調達・財務/会計/経理)
  • 幅広い法域(特許・意匠・商標・著作権)・国(日米欧/中国/シンガポール/インド等)での権利化・維持手続

英語要件に関する補足
知的財産管理システム(ANAQUA)に関する資料やベンダーとのやり取りの一部は英語ですので、読み書き・話す聞くの両方とも必要な場面はありますが、特に、話す聞くの方については、それほど頻度はありません。
