【どんな仕事?】

目の疲れ・首肩こり・頭痛などに悩むお客様に、

アイケア専門の整体 × 丁寧なカウンセリングで寄り添います。

・医療行為なし

・力仕事なし

・ノルマなし

「接客が好き」「人の役に立ちたい」それだけでスタートできます。

【具体的な業務内容】

・受付/予約管理/簡単な事務作業

・お客様のお悩みを聞くカウンセリング

・首・肩・目元の施術(研修あり)

・簡単なトレーニングサポート

・商品案内(押し売りなし)

・SNS更新や店舗づくりのお手伝い

【1日の流れ(例)】

11:00|出勤

11:30|お客様対応

14:30|休憩

15:30|午後の施術

18:00|SNS・ミーティング

20:00|退勤(残業ほぼなし)

この仕事を続けている理由は?

前の仕事は忙しくて余裕がなく、毎日バタバタしていました。ここは予約制で、落ち着いた環境の中でお客様一人ひとりに向き合えるので、気持ちにも時間にも余裕があります。施術後に「目がスッキリした」「楽になった」と笑顔で帰っていただけるのが嬉しくて、自然とこの仕事を続けたいと思えました。

仕事の魅力は?

未経験でも、動画研修やマニュアルがしっかり用意されていて、最初は先輩がそばでサポートしてくれるので安心でした。重たいものを持ったり、力仕事がないのも嬉しいポイントです。また、3ヶ月ごとに昇給のチャンスがあり、無理なく続けながら少しずつ収入が上がっていくのも魅力だと思います。

専門的な仕事に見えるかもしれませんが、最初は「人と話すのが好き」くらいの気持ちで大丈夫です。私も未経験からのスタートでしたが、ゆっくり覚えていける環境なので、不安はすぐになくなりました。「無理せず、ちゃんと働ける場所を探している」方には、とても合う職場だと思います。一緒に楽しく続けていきましょう。

  • 施術スタッフ

入社後はまず動画研修+実践で基礎技術を習得。未経験でも安心してスタートできます。

  • リーダー(目安:入社半年〜1年)

施術スキルに加え、カウンセリング力や後輩育成力を評価し早期昇格が可能。

  • 店長

店舗運営や売上管理、スタッフマネジメントに関わるポジション。手当含めて年収600万円以上も現実的に目指せます。

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日 〜 22日

9:30〜20:30(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

※シフト制(最終受付19:00)

※シフト例:9:30〜18:30/11:30〜20:30 など

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 28万円 〜 48万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり11時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

基本給:月給 28万円 〜 48万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり11時間)

給与例


入社1年目(一般スタッフ):年収420万円

(月給30万円 × 12ヶ月 + 賞与年2回)

入社2年目(副店長クラス):年収500万円

(月給33万円 × 12ヶ月 +賞与年2回)

店長職・複数店舗管理:年収600万~700万円

(月給40万円〜+役職手当+賞与年2回)

※本人の希望・適性に応じて、早期抜擢・昇格も可能です
