仕事内容:

【業務内容】

換気口の販売やマンションの施工責任者への商品紹介、環境試算と呼ばれる業務等をメインに担当していただきます。換気に関してお客様が求めることに幅広く対応する営業です。

・製品の紹介・販売

・代金の回収

・現場監理:施工を管理している顧客先の担当者に対してのスケジュールの確認・調整

・市場開発:見込み顧客に対して、当社製品の紹介を行い、既存製品とのリプレイスを提案

・指名活動:定期的に顧客先を訪問し、製品の紹介を行う

・環境試算:建物の設計段階で、建築図面を見ながら、給気・排気のバランスを計算

・環境測定:換気口を取り付けた後、一部の現場に対し、正常に機能しているかの測定を行い、自身が提供した製品のフィードバックを行う

アピールポイント:

■当社は住宅に必須となる「換気口・換気設備部品」を扱うメーカー的専門商社です。ニッチで安定した市場のため、景気に左右されにくい環境で営業経験を積めます。

・未経験でも段階的に育成(座学→電話対応→受発注→同行でスキル習得)

・既存顧客との関係構築が中心で提案しやすい

・図面を見ながらの「環境試算」など、専門性も身につく営業

┗ ただ売るだけでなく、技術的な知識も蓄積できる

・土日祝休、年休120日、残業月10h程度で働きやすい
