仕事内容:
自社オフィスを拠点として、
モバイルサービス製品に関する カスタマー対応および販売サポート業務の補助 を担当していただきます。
主な業務内容は以下のとおりです。
・モバイルサービスに関するお問い合わせ対応(電話・メール・社内システム)
契約内容やサービス内容の確認・案内に関するサポート業務
販売に付随する事務処理、データ入力、書類作成
社内担当者や販売スタッフとの連携、進捗管理の補助
マニュアルや業務資料の整備・更新作業のサポート
また、業務の一環として、
モバイルサービス製品を取り扱う販売スタッフが勤務する店舗へ訪問し、
応援対応や販売サポートを行うことがあります。
店舗訪問の頻度は 週4回程度
説明補助、受付補助、調整対応などの 補助的な業務 が中心
短時間の訪問の場合もあれば、業務内容により一定時間に及ぶ場合もあります
なお、
勤務拠点は常に自社オフィスであり、
客先常駐・派遣・配属業務は一切ありません。
内勤業務と外出業務をバランスよく行う、
サポート・調整を中心としたポジションです。

・店舗や取引先への訪問はありますが、客先常駐・派遣・配属業務はありません

「新宿駅」徒歩5分/「西新宿駅」徒歩3分
給与:
交通費全額支給/昇給制度あり/残業代全額支給
