清掃現場のリーダーを募集

ここでのリーダーは、
誰かに指示を出したり…
グループをまとめたり…
時に責任を押し付けられたり…
というポジションではありません
お願いしたいのは、
学校施設等の日常清掃における
社員や各現場のフォローです
「この前これをしたら喜んでもらえたから、この現場でもやってみよう」
「さん、あそこまで気が回ってなさそうだからやっておいてあげよう」
「指示は貰ってないけどココも掃除しておいた方が良さそう」
みたいな感じに…
細かい所によく気がづいて、
ご自分の判断で動ける方を歓迎します
これまでの経験や知識をフル活用して
何事にも積極的に挑戦していただき、
現場を支えてくださると嬉しいです
普段はちょっと"おせっかい"って言われちゃうくらいの方が
この仕事には向いているかもしれません(笑)
東京都内の複数の現場をお願いするので
各現場の方とコミュニケーションを取りながら
協力して業務にあたっていただきたいです

6:00~15:00 または 6:30~15:30
- 月~土のうち週5日勤務

給与詳細
基本給:時給 1500円 〜 1700円
交通費別途規定支給
※経験によって変動あり
給与例
月収例:24万円
(時給1500円×8時間×20日)
