業務内容

■ 概要

当社の社内SEとして、社内システムの問い合わせやシステム運用/管理、インフラ運用保守/改善対応まで幅広い業務をお任せいたします。

■ 詳細

・基幹システムの保守メンテ、更新

∟基幹システムのリプレイス対応

∟基幹システムの運用保守

∟基幹システムの刷新検討(拡張性を高めることを目的とする)

・GWSの社内展開、環境整備

∟Microsoft365からGWSへの移行(メール、ドライブなど)

∟AI研修

∟アプリ開発(appsheet、gas)

・システム問い合わせ、サポート、維持管理

∟社内各部署からの問い合わせ対応(PCなどIT機器のサポート対応など)

∟情報システム資産の維持管理(Office製品や端末の管理、バージョンアップ対応、棚卸対応)

・社内システムの運用保守、システム改善/新規導入対応

∟社内システムの運用/管理

∟社内システムのデータ抽出、帳票作成対応

∟インフラ基盤(サーバー、NW機器、PC、回線など)の維持運用/運用見直し、障害対応など

∟システム改善および新規導入時の社内調整、説明資料作成、移管計画など

※現状、開発は外部ベンダーに依頼しているのでベンダーと打合せし、要望を伝えてコントロールします

【求める人材】

<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>

・基幹システムの保守メンテ対応の経験がある方(主な言語:SQL)

・マネジメントのご経験(3年以上)

・GWSの利用経験がある方

・SaaSの運用保守の経験がある方

<求めるマインド【必須】>

・チーム内で意見の共有を行い、チームとしてPJを推進できる方

・Google関連のAiに触れる機会が多いのでGoogleに興味がある方

・フリーランスの活用も積極的に行っているので専門性の高い方と一緒に働きたい方
