【仕事概要】 P&Eグループの役割について P&Eグループ(以下、当グループ)は、当社のAI受託開発事業、AIプロダクト事業における開発・運用・技術基盤標準化・組織づくりを牽引する中核組織です。 当グループはAI技術開発グループや営業部門、デザインチームと密接に連携しながら、社内外のリソースをつなぎ、事業価値を最大化する"横断型のハブ"として機能しています。「テクノロジー × ビジネス」が交わる結節点として、これからの当社を形づくる重要な役割を担っています。 当グループでは現在、以下の5つの主要領域を中心に活動しています。 当グループが担う主な機能 ① 受託AIシステム開発 FastAPI / を中心としたWebアプリ開発、クラウド環境構築・運用、スケーラビリティ・セキュリティ設計を推進。 ② AIプロダクト企画・開発 生成AIを活用したプロダクトの技術戦略立案、アーキテクチャ設計・開発、技術検証をリード。 ③ 社内外ステークホルダーとの技術連携 顧客、営業、技術部門、カスタマーサクセスと連携し、顧客価値を最大化する事業推進を担う。 ④ AI基盤構築 AI推論基盤、API基盤、ログ基盤、CI/CD など、成長し続けるシステムやプロダクトを支える技術基盤を設計・構築・標準化。 ⑤ 社内技術標準化・サービス運用管理 社内で活用される技術の標準化をリードし業務効率化。また、社内で利用されているサービス (クラウド、GitHub、その他多数) を管理。 具体的な業務内容 本ポジションでは、システム開発・技術標準化を担うグループのプロジェクトマネージャーとして、 R&D部長・副部長・他グループマネージャーと協力しながら以下の業務を主に担当いただきます。 ・5名以上のプロジェクトメンバーを指揮・管理する ・セールスメンバーと連携し、クライアントニーズを把握したうえでAI開発プロジェクトを提案する ・現場リーダーが管理する複数プロジェクト(5件程度)の状況を俯瞰・管理する (例)ヒト・モノ・カネのリソース配分、プロジェクト推進業務への委任/介入判断 ・プロジェクトマネージャーとして、AIシステム・プロダクトのインフラ・プラットフォームの開発・運用 ・受託案件における顧客折衝・スケジュール管理 ※設計レベルで成果物レビューが可能であること、状況次第でコーディング業務も担当可能であることを期待します。 開発環境・言語 ・インフラ:AWS、GCP、Azure ・構成管理:Terraform ・言語:Python、JavaScript、TypeScript ・フレームワーク:FastAPI、 ・その他:Docker、GitHub、Coding Agent <業務内容の変更範囲> 雇入時:上記ご参照ください 変更範囲:会社が定める業務
必須スキル
・外部折衝を伴うプロジェクトマネジメント経験 ・成果物を設計レベルでレビューできる技術スキル ・クラウド(AWS / GCP / Azure)上でのWebサービス構築経験 ・Docker / コンテナオーケストレーションサービス を活用した開発経験 ・Python / FastAPI / JavaScript / を用いたWeb開発経験 ・ネイティブレベルの日本語力

以下の条件に複数該当する方を歓迎します。 ・AIを活用したシステムの開発経験 (推論API開発、MLOps) ・LLMを用いたシステムの知識・開発経験 (Amazon Bedrock、Vertex AI、Azure OpenAI Service、LangChain、RAG構築、プロンプトチューニング、LLMOps) ・CI/CD 構築経験 ・AWS / GCP / Azure のクラウド認定資格 ・サーバ・ネットワーク・セキュリティの知識 ・大手企業とスタートアップ両方での勤務経験 ・組織マネジメント経験(目安:5名以上の部下を持つマネジメントを3年以上) ・エンジニア育成・コーチング経験 ・異なるバックグラウンドを持つメンバーと協働し成果を出した経験 ・日本語非母語話者との英語コミュニケーション(TOEIC700点以上目安)

給与
年俸:600万円~800万円 固定残業代あり ・基本給:417,800円〜557,167円 ・固定残業代:82,200円〜109,500円(25時間分) ・超過分は別途支給
