エアコンの販売・施工を行う当社にて、

ECサイト・モール運営に関わる事務・サポート業務をお任せします。

主にエアコンを商材として、

楽天市場/Yahooショッピング/Amazon/au PAY マーケット

といった大手ECモールに出店しています。

仕事内容

ECサイトをご利用のお客様対応を中心に、運営業務全般をお任せします。

・お問い合わせ対応(メール・電話)

・受注処理、発送手配

・伝票作成、各種データ入力

・ECモールの運営サポート業務全般

※出荷作業は主に委託倉庫への依頼となります

慣れてきたら、

企画立案・新商品の導入・売上アップ施策などにもチャレンジ可能

応募資格・条件


既卒・第二新卒歓迎 / 英語力不問 / 未経験OK

高校卒以上 / 未経験OK

PCの基本操作ができればOK

特別なスキルや高度な知識は必要ありません。

【必須要件】

・メール・電話での一般的な顧客対応

・Excelの基本操作

・データ入力業務

こんな経験・スキルをお持ちの方は歓迎

以下の経験がある方は、これまでのスキルを活かして活躍できます

・接客・販売の実務経験

・CSVデータの取り扱い経験

・ECモール運営で使用する程度の簡単なHTML知識

・Illustrator、Photoshop、Canva等の実務経験

・BtoBの営業・販売経験

※必須ではありません

商品出荷業務は主に他部署が担当しているため、

ECサイトの運営・管理業務に集中できる環境です。

勤務時間

9:00 ~ 18:00

(実働8時間/休憩60分)

完全週休2日制(月9日)

※主に土日祝休みです

給与


月給 230,000円 ~ 270,000円 (※想定年収 3,200,000円 ~ 3,700,000円)

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代 29,000円 以上

みなし残業時間 20時間

※試用期間は3か月で、その間の雇用形態は変更なしです。そのほかの条件に変更はありません。

上記額にはみなし残業代(月20時間分、29,000円~)を含みます。
