【具体的には】

建設工事で発生する建設廃棄物を当社工場内で選別、再資源化する仕事です。資格保持者には重機、フォークでの作業も行っていただきます。また、機械設備や重機の保守・点検もお任せします。

有害物・危険物・匂いのある物は扱いませんので安心してください。

・資格:車両系建設機械またはフォークリフトの免許が必要ですが、資格が無くても、当社の資格取得支援制度が利用可能です。

勤務時間・曜日:

シフト制:日勤7:45~17:15 夜勤16:45~02:15 (休憩90分・実働8時間)

※1年単位の変形労働時間制(年2080時間労働)

※原則、日勤4週ー夜勤2週ー日勤4週ー夜勤2週のシフトです。(日勤のみ・夜勤のみも可)

※早出・残業の場合あり(R6年度平均時間外労働時間6.6時間/月)

※休日出勤の場合あり(振替休日で対応)

※勤務日:月曜から土曜 原則日祝日休み

休暇・休日:

原則 日、祝日、平日指定日休日

年間公休105日(1年単位の変形労働時間制による週休二日制・月7~12日、年2080時間労働)

※原則として日祝休み、ほか平日の指定日の休み

夏季・年末年始、慶弔、有給休暇、育児介護休暇、通院休暇 等

※平日指定日休日は希望を考慮します

※R4年度平均有給休暇取得日数14.1日・有給取得率83.2%

屋内禁煙、喫煙室あり

アクセス:

JR五日市線「武蔵引田駅」徒歩15分

車通勤可

給与:

月給280,000円(基本給255,000円+職務手当一律10,000円+調整手当一律15,000円)+下記諸手当

その他に支給する諸手当(資格手当、時間外手当、職能手当、通勤手当、夜勤手当(3,500円/日)、早出手当(3,000円/日)、夏日手当(500円/日)、冬季手当(500円/日) 等)

※試用期間2カ月

試用期間中1か月の皆勤者には毎月別途手当10,000円支給

※令和6年度平均年収 518万円

※毎年定期昇給あり

賞与:(年2回)・好決算時3月決算賞与あり

昇給:年1回(4月)
