業務系システム開発プロジェクトにおいて、顧客やパートナー企業と協力しながら、設計・開発・テスト工程をリードするポジションです。
"言われたものを作る"のではなく、「どうすればより良くできるか」を顧客と共に考える役割を担っていただきます。
【主な業務内容】
・顧客と協力しながら設計・開発工程をリード(要件整理~設計~開発~テスト)
・チーム(3~10名程度)の進行・課題管理・コードレビュー
・技術的な課題解決、品質改善の提案・推進
・若手メンバーの育成、チーム全体の成長支援
・クラウド・AI・データ基盤など新技術の導入・PoC推進
仕事を通して、設計開発についての技術知識を広げながら、適切な技術的解決アプローチを設計できる能力を獲得していくことを目指していける環境です。
■プロジェクト例・ブロックチェーンを活用したセキュリティプラットフォーム開発
・高速鉄道予約システムなど公共インフラの業務基幹開発
・大手メーカー向け社内DXシステム構築
・メディア・スポーツ業界の業務支援アプリケーション開発 など

600万円~800万円
