「顧客戦略コンサルタント【日本最大級の経済情報SaaS企業】」のポジションの求人です

【求人概要】

顧客企業の営業・マーケティング部門を対象に、契約後のオンボーディングから継続活用・リニューアルまでを一貫して支援いただくポジションです。単なる活用サポートにとどまらず、下記プロセスを担います。顧客の課題構造を捉え、データドリブンな営業・マーケティング変革を伴走する、いわば「アカウントグロースコンサルタント」としての役割です。

・企業が活用すべきデータの特定・提案

・データを起点としたターゲティング戦略の設計

・その戦略に基づいた営業・マーケティング活動のコンサルテーション

・施策の進捗や成果をモニタリングし、改善へ導く支援

【業務内容】

ユーザー企業の営業・マーケティング課題に対し、『Speeda 顧客企業分析/顧客データハブ』『Speeda 営業リサーチ』を基盤に、データドリブンな営業変革を推進いただきます。単なるツール利用の支援ではなく、顧客戦略の設計から実行・振り返り・次年度提案までを伴走します。

■活用プロジェクトの設計・合意形成

Salesと連携し顧客の事業戦略を把握

戦略に即した「データ活用のロードマップ」を設計し、社内外のステークホルダー調整をリード

■プロジェクト推進・振り返り

決裁者やプロジェクトオーナーと共に進捗レビューを行い、成果を可視化

PDCAを回すためのレビュー設計や追加施策の提案を実施

■契約継続・アップサイド提案

データ整備やターゲット施策による導入効果を定量化

次年度の成長戦略に紐づくプランを提案

担当いただく具体タスク

【具体的な業務内容】

・顧客商材に応じたターゲットセグメンテーション設計

・Salesforce等のオペレーション整備(テクニカルチームと協働)

・マーケティング施策や営業アプローチの戦略ディスカッション

・営業組織への仮説構築力・調査活用トレーニングKPI管理・振り返りのためのフォーマット/ダッシュボード設計

・契約更新や追加提案に向けた効果整理・戦略立案

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

・経営・事業課題に直結するコンサルティング経験(3年以上)

【給与】

年収 666 ~ 821 万円

※上記と別に、交通費(上限5万円/月)もしくは「働き方自由手当」(1万円/月)いずれかをご選択いただき、支給します。

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
