具体的な仕事内容

関西の銀行・ノンバンク向けシステムの

品質保証およびプロジェクト支援。

  • お任せするフェーズ

・設計書の品質検査・レビュー

・テスト計画の策定・進捗管理

・品質データの分析・改善提案

・障害発生時の原因分析・再発防止策定

単なるテスト実施だけでなく、

「なぜバグが出たか」を分析し、

プロジェクトを成功へ導く役割です。

  • 週2~3回在宅で集中できます

・IT業界での実務経験をお持ちの方

(開発、インフラ、運用保守など)

※テスト・QAの実務経験は不問

総労働時間:1週あたり40時間

09:00 ~ 18:00

(実働8時間 / 休憩1時間)

働きやすさ抜群

・週2~3回程度の在宅勤務を実施中

集中作業と対面連携をバランスよく

使い分けられる環境です。

・残業月平均30時間程度

(繁忙期は40h程度になる場合あり)

・フレックス等の柔軟な制度あり

夜間・休日対応はリリース時などに

稀に発生しますが、半年1回程度と

頻度は低めです。

基本給:月給 23万円 〜 77万円

固定残業代:なし

年収例

・450万円以上(担当)

・650万円以上(主任・技師)

・1000万円以上(管理職)
