<具体的な業務内容>

・マンションの維持メンテナンスに関する提案や折衝

・電気、給排水、空調、消防など各設備の点検報告の受領、確認

・メンテナンスや修理のご提案、見積書作成、工事日程の調整

・マンション管理組合の運営サポート

マンション管理組合様がお客様となります。

管理組合理事長様や入居者様との信頼関係を築き、安心・安全・快適な住環境を提供します。

様々なご要望にスピーディーに対応し、満足を実感していただくためのお仕事がメインとなります。

  • 高卒以上
  • 普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)
  • 基本的なパソコン操作が可能な方(Word、Excel)

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 20日

8:30~17:30(実働8時間・休憩60分)

基本給:月給 22万円 〜

固定残業代:なし
