株式会社マイスターエンジニアリングからアイデムコーポレーションがお預かりしている求人情報です。
<仕事内容>
理化学機器のフィールドエンジニア業務。
エンドユーザー先のメーカー開発・製造部門、大学、公的研究機関に訪問しての対応業務。
<具体的には…>
・機器/装置の新規納入・据付
・安定稼働のための定期保守メンテナンス
・保守管理契約の更新、周辺機器・消耗品等の販売等の付随サポート
・納入作業や大きな装置の点検の場合には宿泊出張にて複数日対応します
《対象機器》
・理科学機器(電子顕微鏡)
・分析機器(質量分析装置)
出張
エリア:主に大阪府内 (応援業務として日本全国への出張の可能性あり)
頻度 :ほぼ毎日現場へ出向く働き方となりますが宿泊出張は月0~2回
期間 :宿泊を伴う出張は数日~1週間
<研修について>
現場への配属後はまず顧客の事業内容や主力製品などの基礎知識を学ぶところからスタート。
その後は実際の業務を通して必要な知識やスキルを教えながら、
徐々に業務の幅を広げていくのでご安心ください。
さらに年に4回ほど先輩社員との面談も実施するなど、充実のフォロー体制を整えています。

【月給】基本給250,000円~340,000円

【資格・経験】
【必須条件】
・理化学分析装置(電子顕微鏡、分析機器など)の保守メンテナンス経験がある方
・機器や設備の不具合に対し改善を計画・実行した経験
・業務内での技術課題に対し解決に向けた提案を行った経験
・所属する他メンバーへ技術的な育成を行った経験
