仕事内容:

医療機関などの業務を詳細に調査・分析し、業務改善の方向性を定め、改善施策提言から業務改善実行伴走までを一貫して行う。

具体的には…

●調査・分析:

・クライアントに関するデータの分析・医療スタッフなどへのヒアリング、医療機関見学

●課題抽出、戦略立案、提言:

・データ、ヒアリング・見学した内容を基に課題抽出、現場視点と医療経営視点の両面から施策を策定・報告資料の作成

・課題と施策をクライアントに報告、提言

●実行:

・定期的にクライアントと会議を行い、業務改善の推進や院内の意思決定の支援に携わる。

・目指す姿が実現されるまで、経営層、現場医療専門職と共に取り組む。

在宅勤務可(週2日程度)

【必須】大卒以上/社会人経験3年以上(原則)※30歳未満・3年未満は第二新卒より/基本的PCスキル

【歓迎】調査分析力/医療専門職とのコミュニケーション経験(調整・交渉)/マネジメント経験/医療機関現場業務知見(看護師・医療事務等)/大学院などでの研究職経験/論理的思考力

【マインド】チームで協力できる/新しい発想でチャレンジが好き/医療機関経営に関心がありマネジメント視点で現場を捉えたい

勤務時間・曜日:

9:30〜18:30(フレックスタイム制/コアタイムなし、休憩1時間)

※休憩時間は1時間です

※残業時間残業:月平均20〜30h程度。

在宅勤務可(週2日程度)。

出張の有無・頻度は担当業務により相談(月1回〜月10回程度まで)。

休暇・休日:

年間休日125日以上:完全週休二日制、祝日、夏季・年末年始(各3日)、慶弔休暇、有給休暇(法定通り。取得しやすく5日以上連休可)、産前産後休暇・育児休暇(取得率・復帰率100%実績、男性育休実績あり)

アクセス:

東急田園都市線「用賀駅」徒歩2分

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥3,600,000 〜 ¥7,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥40,560〜¥78,940(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

年俸制360万〜700万円を12分割で支給。

月20時間分の固定残業代含む(超過分は別途支給)。

賞与年2回(目安計2.5ヶ月分)※年俸には含まず。

給与・報酬: 3,600,000円 - 7,000,000円 年俸
